I studied both the theory of HCI and UX as well as the practical side of design.

GET TO KNOW ME
Growing up I was a pretty technical kid.
I loved unplugging my PC and plugging everything back in one by one, just to see what each wire did.
I was always the one to burn CD's for birthday parties and wanted to get my hands on the newest IOS, so I'd jailbreak my iPhone (sorry, Apple! 😅).
Whenever software just wouldn't work the way it was supposed to (and should have), I'd ask myself, "Why is this SO annoying?!"
It wasn't until my freshman year at university, in a class called "Intro to New Media," that I discovered my true passion: UX design. The idea of being the person who makes someone else's experience enjoyable and valuable just clicked for me, and I've been hooked ever since!

During my time at university, I interned at an early-stage startup as the sole UX designer, where I later transitioned into a full-time role.
Researched and created a full PLG (Product Led Growth) motion from registration to onboarding and continuous in-app guides, which led to a 10.25% conversion rate from free trial to paying accounts.
