Improving the shopping experience for Harry Styles’ merch shop

Background

Harry Styles is an international singer who sells merchandise using an online shop. The only other place fans can buy Harry's merch is at his in-person concerts, meaning this online store has a lot of traffic from people who do not attend his concerts.

MOTIVATION

Problem

Fans who wish to purchase Harry’s merch find it difficult to navigate through the mobile website. This leads to people not completing their intended purchase.

Objectives

  1. Create a unique shopping experience that will encourage shoppers to use our website and not an unofficial solicitor.

  2. Use the wisdom of crowds from the many existing e-commerce sites whilst still remaining original.
